I've Never Done Anything the Normal Way.
I flew my first airplane at 12. Not because someone told me to — because I decided I wanted to fly and I went and figured out how. That's pretty much been my approach to everything since.
At 13, I started a YouTube and Instagram channel that now has nearly 20 million combined views. I didn't have a manager or a media coach — I just created, learned what worked, and kept going. I built an audience larger than most professional media companies because I moved fast and didn't overthink it.
I also built SeatSquawk — a two-sided platform that makes aviation hiring more efficient by connecting pilots and operators in a smarter way. Building a real product taught me more about workflows, user needs, and automation than any course ever could.
I started Baseleg AI because I kept seeing the same thing: businesses — especially in trades — drowning in manual work that AI could handle in seconds. They didn't need more staff. They needed better systems. So I started building them.
